ACLU Challenges Boulder’s Anti-Camping Ordinance As Unconstitutional

ACLU Colorado lawyers today announced a legal challenge to a Boulder ordinance that defines homeless persons as criminals when they are caught sleeping outdoors at night with a blanket or sleeping bag.
